When you create an event, we store the event name, type, date, and any PDF you upload. Guest chat sessions store the messages exchanged with the AI assistant. We do not require guests to create accounts or provide personal information.
PDF content is used solely to generate AI responses for your guests. Chat messages are stored to maintain conversation context during a session. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (AI provider, hosting).
Guest questions and your event information are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing. Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information (SSNs, financial data, medical records).
Event data and chat logs are retained while the event is active. You may contact us to request deletion.
